By playing Hex Cascade™ or using www.hexcascade.com and our mobile apps, you agree to these terms. Hex Cascade™ is provided for personal entertainment through www.hexcascade.com and apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your region) to use the Game.

Virtual items & purchases

Shards, power-ups, and other in-game items are licensed for entertainment use only, have no real-world cash value, and are non-transferable. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. See our Purchase Policy for web store (Stripe) and mobile store purchases.

Intellectual property

Hex Cascade™, including art, audio, gameplay, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Fair play

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to modify gameplay or progress. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Account deletion

You may delete your linked account through Profile → Delete My Account. Deletion follows our Privacy Policy: a 24-hour grace period applies before permanent removal of synced game data. Virtual items have no cash value and are forfeited when deletion completes.

Changes

We may update gameplay, features, or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer

The Game and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game or website to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are intended for users worldwide. Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights in your jurisdiction.
